Python Developer

Client of Talentegrity requires Python Developer. Experience level 3 to 5 years
CTC budget for this role : 6L - 12L/annum

- Design and development of robust, scalable backend systems using Python and the Django framework.

- Optimize the use of Redis for caching and performance improvement.

- Manage and configure load balancers for high-availability systems.

- Ensure smooth deployment and operations of applications in Linux environments.

- Collaborate with telecom experts to integrate software solutions with telecom systems.

- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

- Drive continuous improvement of processes and technologies used within the development team

- 3 - 5 years of professional Python development experience.

- Proven experience with the Django framework.

- Extensive knowledge of Redis and managing load balancers.

- Strong command of Linux environments, including scripting and system optimization.

- Hands-on experience in telecom-related software development or a solid understanding of telecom systems.

- Experience with distributed systems, high availability, and scaling applications.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills 

- Strong communication skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.

- Knowledge of network protocols and telecommunications standards
