Recruitment is done as a process-value driven service at Talentegrity. The requirements of the client are analysed and the job specifications are understood by the recruiters who handle them. Sourcing of the candidates get started only after complete understanding of the requirement. The team does resume screening and candidate screening before submitting the profile to the client.
Subsequent interview co-ordination and consistent follow-up with the candidate and the client continues till on-boarding. After on-boarding, there is a "pulse discussion" with the candidate by the recruiter.
"Technical interviewing" is done on a need basis for the client. Technical interviews will be conducted by the Technical team and the assessment report will be submitted to the client. This is being done as a separate service offering which carries separate rate card
