Software Project Manager

Client of Talentegrity is looking for a Project Manager. This role will be reporting to Chief Operating Offer, and accountable for managing and coordinating resources and processes to deliver software releases, while participating in defining the strategy for the product development team by driving initiatives that deliver on the vision.
Tech Skill : Microsoft Technologies (.Net, ASP, C#, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Web dev)
CTC budget : INR 15 - 20 L/annum

1. Oversee large-scale and intricate IT programs and projects.

2. Build relationships with executive project sponsors and senior technology leadership.

3. Direct and manage projects from conceptualization to implementation.

4. Provide consulting to projects to estimate work packages and identify architectural approaches.

5. Provide consulting to projects to identify project, architecture and security risks.

6. Deliver projects on-time and on-budget.

7. Ensure that all deliverables are high quality and meet business functional and non-functional requirements.

8. Ensure that all deliverables follow IT standards and best practices.

- Bachelor’s or Master in any engineering discipline.

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in leadership / managing software development projects for the manufacturing Industry.

- Automotive & Tyre Industry experience will be an added advantage

- Must have at least 10 to 15 years working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market.

- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, team mentoring, project management, customer governance, time management, and problem-solving.

- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.

- Self-motivated, Team player, Action-and-Results oriented.

- Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.

Technical Skills

Microsoft Technologies :  .Net (C#, VB),  SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, ASP / Web development

? Ignition skill will be a added advantage

? Knowledge in relational databases ( MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle)

? Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices is a good to have.

? Experience with managing the development of SaaS and cloud-based applications.

? Webservice - SOAP/REST, HTML, J/VB Scripts, XML

? Experience in using project management tool (Zoho)

? Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues
