Product Manager

Client of Talentegrity (SaaS Product Company in Chennai) is looking for a Prouct Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the
development and enhancement of our product offerings. This role is crucial in
shaping the future of our products, leveraging your deep understanding of tax
technology and AI capabilities. You will work at the intersection of technology and
business, collaborating with engineering teams, design experts, and various
stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.
You will lead the product development process, from ideation through to launch,
ensuring that our products not only meet market demands but also set new
standards in the industry. CTC Budget : 15L/annum

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product features.

Work with engineering, delivery, customer support, sales, marketing team, business and multiple stakeholders, to ensure cohesive product development and deployment.

Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and market needs.

Regularly coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), design teams, and business stakeholders to refine product features and ensure alignment with market demands.

Expertise in integrating AI features and capabilities into existing products, enhancing product functionality and customer value.

Required Skills:

Experience managing the complete Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)

Ability to develop and execute product roadmaps

Skills in planning and prioritising product features and initiatives

Balancing short-term goals with long-term vision

Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience incorporating customer feedback into product development

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management for tax technology products or similar.

Proven experience in managing the complete product development lifecycle (PDLC) and working with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated expertise in building and integrating AI features into products.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
